Extremely difficult to get a/p - you call as soon as lines open at 8.30, are no. 40 something in q, by the time it gets to u, all a/ps gone for the day & receptionists just tell u to ring back next day. Most unhelpful. Nicola in particular very brusque & abrupt. One Dr (male) also in particular doesn't really listen but just wants to get you out of the surgery asap. Luckily I very rarely need to go to the GP which is just as well!

Easier to get appointment if you go in person, sometimes takes a long time 'holding' on the telephone. Amanda the Practice Manager is always helpful in what is obviously a challenging role in such a large practice. In reception, Nicola and Sue are both approachable'friendly and helpful, both going 'the extra mile' to accommodate any request. It is always a positive experience to go 'to the Doctors' at this practice. All the Docs are good, esp Dr.Bezz, Dr.Valaylil, Dr.Kholl, Dr.Sekarwat and Dr.Buckman.

The GPs are excellent, always welcoming, willing to listen and we'll informed. Unfortunately this practice is let down by their reception staff. They can be rude and unfriendly at times. They are terrible at answering phone calls, put you on hold and then don't pick up again! And will put the phone down on you before you finish speaking. Had several bad experiences with the receptionists.

I really felt the urge to write about my experiences with many of the GPs at this surgery. I cannot express how amazing they are with my little boy and myself when we are not feeling great. Fantastic care. Am so pleased to be a patient at this doctors.

Great things: The doctors are excellent, especially Dr Kohll, in part because she priorities patient centred care far above how many minutes *should* be allocated to a NHS appointment, but also because of her entirely non-judgemental approach and extensive knowledge and experience. Reception staff are kind and friendly. Less good things: It can be hard to make an appointment.
